Moulavis qualified
No child leaves MMO without something to stand on. Every one of them learns a trade alongside their schooling, and those who finish Year 11 without a university place can take an intensive six-month programme and the help that follows it to find work.
Seventy-two have gone on to university. Ninety-one have qualified through vocational training. More than a hundred and forty have completed the Moulavi course at Anwarul Uloom, and twenty-seven of those went on to universities abroad.
Those who can, give back. Some fund a child in turn; some teach at the schools they were taught in.
The office is building a record of everyone who came through the home. If you were here, we would be glad to hear from you and to know where life has taken you.
